Surplus photovoltaic electricity is marketed via public charging points. Thanks to the excellent location on the A1 and B1, two busy traffic arteries, a high visitor frequency is guaranteed. Discounted charging is available to employees in the building’s garages, which strengthens employee loyalty.
Fast charging park
The location of the ECEE is unique – bordered to the south by the A1 and to the north by the B1, two busy traffic routes with a daily traffic volume of 80,000 vehicles. A modern fast-charging park for electromobility is being built at the main building to meet the needs of commuters and people passing through.
Loading, infotainment and catering
The ECEE’s public showroom is located directly next to the fast-charging park, where products and solutions for renewable energies and electromobility are presented on three floors. Interested parties can also use terminals to call up information and develop ideas independently at off-peak times. During the charging process, visitors can explore the showroom, enjoy a coffee and purchase regional products in the village store.
Discounted charging for employees
A further 70 AC charging points are located in the ECEE underground car park and are available to visitors, tenants and employees.
Discounted charging rates apply for employees at these charging stations, creating an additional tool for employee retention.
