Excellent visibility for tenants
The ECEE is an innovative location for sustainable technologies and modern building concepts. Thanks to its strategic location on the A1 and B1, the project offers outstanding visibility, highly frequented advertising space and a public showroom at the fast-charging park. With an integrated training and event center and positioning as a showcase building, tenants benefit from maximum presence and an excellent image.
Advertising space on the highly frequented A1
The ECEE is directly adjacent to the highly frequented A1:
- Monday – Friday: 65,322 vehicles per day
- Weekends: 44,405 vehicles per day
- Weekly average: 57,731 vehicles
The shorter distance to the A1 in combination with the building height of 15.8 meters ensures excellent visibility of the ECEE from the freeway.
The striking façade is not only an eye-catcher, but also offers attractive marketing space for exhibits, display screens and logos.
Showroom directly at the fast-charging park
The ECEE’s public showroom is located directly next to the highly frequented fast-charging park on the B1. Products and solutions from the fields of renewable energies and electromobility are presented on three floors. This unique location brings together all aspects of sustainable energy and building efficiency for private and commercial visitors.
Interactive terminals allow visitors to find out about products or develop initial plans and ideas on their own, even outside regular opening hours.
In addition to the showroom, the café and village store are also open to the public during extended opening hours, rounding off the range of services on offer.
The ECEE as a showcase
The ECEE aims to promote acceptance of sustainable technologies and raise awareness of CO₂-optimized and energy self-sufficient construction methods. As a showcase for innovative building concepts, the building itself demonstrates the implementation of modern, environmentally friendly solutions.
The technologies installed in the building as well as the products and services of the tenants located in the ECEE are presented to a broad public.
Regular information events and site tours are held to illustrate the functionalities and the ecological and economic savings potential.
Areas for training and events
The ECEE offers a multifunctional space for training courses and events. The aim is to increase the frequency of locations through regular training on the tenants’ individual products and solutions.
In addition to the in-house products and solutions, external suppliers and service providers are also invited for joint training courses and events.
The close cooperation with the universities of applied sciences in Kuchl and Wels draws the attention of an additional audience to the ECEE and promotes the exchange between science and practice.
